Phishing is where fraudulent emails and/or websites are used to steal user data.
These fake emails use the Synctuition logo and visual design to notify about a subscription confirmation with Apple. The email contains fraudulent links and by clicking on anyone of them, takes the person to a website that appears visually similar to a genuine page by Synctuition and/or Apple. Customers are required to enter information, that may include log in details, address and credit card numbers, in an attempt to fraudulently obtain the customer's personal information.
Synctuition hereby asks you to heed caution and not access the link or enter any personal information on pages that seem fraudulent
Official emails from Synctuition are sent by an e-mail address ending in "@synctuition.com" and any links contained in such e-mails will lead to "synctuition.com" or "app.synctuition.com"
If you have received a suspicious email, please use caution and delete such emails immediately, as they may pose a security risk.
