It is possible that you are not logged into your account and only using the free mode or that you are logging in with the incorrect email.
Synctuition offers 4 login options.
1. Facebook login
2. Google login
3. Apple login
4. Manual login with email and password.
You always have to log in with the option you selected when you first signed up.
You can also make sure that you are logged into the correct account by going to your Profile > Profile settings within the Synctuition app.
