While you wait for Level 6, you can enjoy Synctuition’s 100 sound journeys again and again. Remember that each journey is packed with binaural beats that relax and rejuvenate the mind, helping you to get a good night’s sleep and a well-deserved rest. The program is meant to work so that you listen through all tracks once and then add your favorites to a special list in the app. They all contain gamma wave binaural beats and rhythmic entrainment frequencies that make neural pathways stronger with each listening. You will see how you’ll experience each favorite journey differently.
If you have not tried before, we can recommend using various relaxation techniques in accompaniment with Synctuition journeys: 1. Body scan - you can start with your feet and slowly work your way up. As you do so, try to concentrate on how that part of your body feels without labeling the sensations as either good or bad. A body scan is a perfect practice to boost your awareness of the mind-body connection. 2. Guided imagery - when you practice guided imagery or visualization, you conjure up a scene in which you feel calm — free of all fears and anxieties. It can be anything: a soothing place, experience, or a scene that helps you relax and become more focused. 3. Journaling - there are different types, such as keeping a gratitude journal: writing at least 3 things you are grateful for in life; emotional release: you choose one event that happened on the day or in the past & process what you felt and why.
