You will need to cancel your Synctuition subscription from the Apple App Store from your mobile device:
- Enter your device Settings and scroll to find iTunes & App Store
- Tap on your Apple ID: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Tap on View Apple ID
- Scroll to find Subscriptions
- Under "Active" subscriptions, tap on Synctuition Meditation Program and Cancel Subscription
If you are on iOS version 13.3.1 (beta), you can manage your subscription by:
- Opening the App Store
- Tap your profile (you should see your photo at the top right corner)
- Click on 'Manage Subscriptions'
- Select Synctuition
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the red <cancel subscription>
If you do not see Synctuition under your subscriptions you are most likely only using the free mode and did not sign up.
