Currently, Mindspa is available only in English. Adding more languages is definitely a feature we want to add. When we do, all new language versions will immediately become available to all subscribers.
In the meantime, you are welcome to listen to the journeys with the short English introductions at the beginning. You still get the full meditative effect of the binaural sound waves, rhythmic entertainment frequencies and 3D sounds as you listen to the journey.
